Having A Tie Dye Moment

Sometimes as style mavens our style evolves with time, but no matter where we are presently in our style choices we never quite stray too far from that place from which it originated.

 However, sometimes we stumble across a staple that exemplifies the two so beautifully that we never want to take it off. This fashion staple for me is the newest spin on tie dye because it merges my past love of the carefree bohemian lifestyle (although past is the wrong word choice since I will always have a love affair with Janis Joplin, disheveled hair, and all things 70's), adds a touch of radness, and stays true to that ever present touch of androgyny in my current wardrobe. So when I found this lovely Mango dress a couple weeks ago I knew I had to have it, but was unsure as to how I would style it. Then I stumbled across this amazing studded and feathered leather bag at a local store and immediately knew what direction I wanted to take...

 A pair of strappy heels, the usual wayfarers, and one low slung belt later, and I was ready to unveil my newest look for this week's style post.
